About Customer Service Adviser Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Adviser with webchat and voice experience to join our global team at Customer Experience People SA Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality responses to customers, maintaining performance standards and handling high volumes of calls/chats/emails.
  • Proactively identify issues and use effective problem-solving techniques to help customers resolve their concerns.
  • Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in accordance with procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
  • BUILD rapport with customers and respond to their inquiries.
Requirements:
  • MATRIC or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification.
  • CLEAR credit and criminal record check.
  • Computer literate with minimum 1 year experience in customer service webchat.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK market is beneficial.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to deal/interact with diverse customers.
  • Product knowledge and an adaptive approach.
