Customer Experience Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Development Specialist to join our team at CallForce. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and performance of an assigned incubation team.
The successful candidate will lead and develop the team of incubation agents, focusing on coaching and delivering results that meet client expectations. You will work closely with Team Leaders and Operations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

About the Role:
- Coaching and Development: Develop and implement coaching strategies to improve agent performance and customer experience.
- Client Feedback and Alignment: Analyze client feedback and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Reporting and Quality Assurance: Prepare regular reports on agent performance, quality metrics, and customer feedback.
About You:
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
