Customer Service Representative with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to join our global team at Customer Experience People SA Ltd.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional responses to customer inquiries, maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise, using effective problem-solving techniques to help customers resolve their issues.
- Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
- Work collaboratively with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by connecting and building rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via webchat, phone, or email.
- Use knowledge of products and services to provide solutions to customer queries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Maturity/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Computer literacy.
- A minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably in a webchat environment.
- A basic understanding of the UK market is beneficial.
