Automotive Customer Experience Specialist

As an Automotive Customer Experience Specialist at TTEC, you will be part of creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while working on site in Cape Town, South Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming communications from customers and resolve their issues before escalating to the next level.
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Sometimes, you may need to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- You should have at least 6 months of work experience.
- You must have a B1+ level of English in both written and verbal communications.
- You should recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge.
- You should be computer savvy, including the ability to manage multiple screens.
- You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
