Customer Experience Specialist

At Merand Corbett & Associates, we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support department, you will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to capitalize on business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-year degree (B-degree) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
