About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Jai Search Consultancy. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via various communication channels.




  • Main Responsibilities:
  • • Deliver an excellent customer experience
  • • Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing all questions related to our product
  • • Employ consistent troubleshooting techniques to promptly identify and resolve customer issues
  • • Collaborate with team leaders to improve day-to-day customer experiences
  • • Undertake miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management


Requirements:



  • • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector
  • • Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal)
  • • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
  • • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service
