About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Jai Search Consultancy. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via various communication channels.
- Main Responsibilities:
- • Deliver an excellent customer experience
- • Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing all questions related to our product
- • Employ consistent troubleshooting techniques to promptly identify and resolve customer issues
- • Collaborate with team leaders to improve day-to-day customer experiences
- • Undertake miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Requirements:
- • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the BPO sector
- • Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch (written and verbal)
- • Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
- • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on customer service
