As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, capturing complaints, compliments, and comments accurately, and updating the system with customer responses.


Salary: R 15000 - R 25000 per month (based on experience)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Making outbound calls to customers from a set list - market research
  • Ensuring all calls are conducted in a professional and friendly manner, meeting quality standards
  • Reaching daily set targets (productivity, quality, data) and minimum outbound calls per day as per project requirement
  • Avoiding mentioning other clients and keeping client relationships at a professional level
  • Maintaining high levels of integrity, attention to detail, and being passionate about delivering excellent service
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals

Requirements:



  • Grade 12 essential
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Call centre experience advantageous
  • Good listener and ability to capture complaints, compliments, and comments accurately
  • Awareness of correct telephone etiquette
  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Criminally clear
