Strategic Sales Executive

Are you a sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building strong relationships with key accounts in the food and beverage industry?
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Bridge Personnel Concepts. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing key accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is eager to drive growth and profitability in the food and beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and increase market share
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new sales strategies and tactics
- Conduct regular sales presentations, business reviews, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry
- Previous account management or business development experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
