Strategic Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at The Vine Partners. This role will be responsible for driving Sales and Business Development in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on expanding business and generating revenue by building collaborative relationships with customers.
- Identifying and developing opportunity leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Serving as the key alliance for all business-related activities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Developing and driving strategic relationships, including solution identification and development, sales engagements, competitive positioning, and project management.
- Leading strategic initiatives across the business, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Developing and executing a strategic and tactical sales management plan to drive business growth.
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships through high levels of service and support.
- Maintaining superior knowledge of competitor trends and industry developments.
- Generating leads and developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Closing liaison with the bid office to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification essential.
- At least 5 years' experience in the Fire Safety and Security Industry, preferably in business development or sales roles.
- Experience in landing, deploying, and completing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Business development experience, including lead generation, proposal creation, sales presentations, and meeting sales goals.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in Management, Information Technology, or Security Management, such as a National Diploma or Degree.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, networking, project management, and people management skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document complex cabling networks.

Salary: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
