Strategic Sales Growth Manager

Job Overview
- As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with wealth advisors and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
About the Role
- We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 per annum, taking into account the industry standards and market rates for a Business Development Manager in Cape Town and Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities
- You will source and build pipeline of advisors/books to buy and act as a liaison between financial advisers and address any sales/product issues.
- Recruit Value Add Financial Advisors within the designated criteria and ensure high level due diligence on Product Providers Processes.
- Monitor and report on sales, operations, and profitability and implement management decisions to drive business growth.
- Apply systems and processes to obtain, coordinate, and apply product specific information CRM and CIS and drive Growth Strategy as set out in VCP.
- Facilitate in the development of marketing and communication materials and monitor correct application and assist advisers with marketing activities.
- Ensure Revenue, AUA, and GWP growth through advisor business and other advisor-related initiative.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial services industry and sales/marketing/business development environment is required.
- Candidates must hold a CA or Marketing degree and have relevant certifications such as CFP and RE 1 and RE 5 (Advantageous).
