About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to C-level executives and other decision-makers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the corporate market.

You will work closely with our product team to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to provide strategic guidance to our clients.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance of this role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the corporate market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Bid on and close large-scale deals with major corporate clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Senior Certificate (essential)
  • Relevant qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in a senior sales position within the Public & Municipalities, Agencies and Parastatals Sector
  • Technical knowledge as per below products
  • Product knowledge including VOIP, Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, WIFI, Networking, Client Computing & Data
  • Centre Solutions (Avaya, Microsoft, Crestron, Extron, Poly, CISCO, Huawei, Yealink, Audio Codes, HP, Dell. VM Ware)
  • Should have achieved a target performance of more than 75% over the past 3 years
  • Existing client base
  • MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE – INTERMEDIATE LEVEL OR HIGHER – EXCEL IMPORTANT
  • Good in negotiating and persuading
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
  • Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers, and team members), good relationship building characteristics
