Job Title : Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Emporium Human Capital in Western Cape, Cape Town.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong long-term client relationships, working under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service, and interacting with clients via various means of communication. They will also manage daily emails, identify opportunities to 'upsell' Company services, meet personal/team sales targets, and provide guidance on any occurring problems and issues.

  • Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
