Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Jem. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for our company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in SaaS, Tech, or B2B sales, with a proven ability to find and generate new leads. They will be a strong communicator, able to articulate credible messages to senior audiences and build authentic relationships with key stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the autonomy to take initiative and implement solutions. You will work closely with our Commercial Director to meet ambitious targets and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
- Contact and qualify potential customers to understand their pain points and determine whether they are a good fit for our products.
- Book outbound meetings and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversions.
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B sales, ideally with a strong understanding of HR software and our target market.
- A proven track record of success in lead generation and sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build trust with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, and the ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
