About the Role

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the company's relationships with its customers, focusing on developing new markets, building long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establishing new business opportunities and promoting inverters, batteries, and solar panels.
  2. Developing new business and promoting renewable energy solutions.
  3. Designing and writing project plans and proposals, and presenting them to clients.
  4. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
  5. Providing exceptional client service and support through various channels.
  6. Developing trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  7. Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  8. Communicating progress and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
  10. Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership of new requests.
  11. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service.
  12. Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing relationships.
  13. Liaising between customers and internal teams.
  14. Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  15. Preparing regular reports on channel activities, performance, and outcomes.
Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • National Diploma in electrical, sales, business management, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales work experience in the solar industry.
  • Proven sales record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Distribution.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of bid requirements in the solar energy industry.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of renewable energy project development process.
