About the Role

We are seeking a skilled After-Sales Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Perform field service to customers for troubleshooting and repair.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions accurately using our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases.
  • Develop opportunities for new clients and C&I solar projects.
Candidate Requirements
  • ND in Electrical Engineering.
  • Matric.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the Solar industry.
  • Experience in solving technical issues and repairs.
Additional Considerations
  • Must have own transport.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of PV Solar technologies.
