Sales and Call Centre Management Opportunity
RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Call Centre Manager to lead and manage its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and call centre management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales and call centre team to achieve individual and team goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for growth.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and development, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales processes, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Call Centre Manager, with a strong track record of success and leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive performance, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations, with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
