The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee the management of our customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, building long-term relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new business opportunities and promote our inverters, batteries, and solar panels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote renewable energy solutions.
  • Design and write project plans and proposals, and present them to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on channel activities and performance.
Candidate Requirements
  • National Diploma in electrical, sales, business management, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the solar industry.
  • Proven sales record and experience in distribution.
  • Good understanding of bid requirements and renewable energy project development processes.
Additional Considerations
  • Must have own transport and a valid driver's license.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven.
