Customer Experience Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our customer experience team at WNS Global Services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic organization and drive business growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Remote work options available, with occasional travel to client sites
