You'll play a key role in overseeing our customer service team, ensuring they provide top-notch support to our customers. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team: Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging team members to grow and develop their skills.
- Coach and train team members: Help them develop their communication and professionalism skills.
- Monitor performance and metrics: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with buying, logistics, and IT to resolve issues efficiently and improve workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- Matric certificate; tertiary qualification a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
