We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand business development across Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role, you will represent Network Recruitment's clients' brands, products, and services in the Mining and Minerals Processing, Chemical, Industrial, Oil and Gas, and Nutrition and Health industries.

About the Role

The successful candidate will promote and sell company brands, products, and services in assigned territories, either directly or through local agents and distributors. They will build and maintain strong communication with customers to generate leads and identify business opportunities. On-site meetings will be conducted to understand client needs, finalize designs, secure orders, and address any concerns.

A background in oil and gas, chemical, or industrial markets is advantageous. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Power BI, is required.

Requirements
  • An engineering degree (mechanical) or equivalent experience
  • At least 15 years of experience in a commercial role within the African Mining sector
  • Experience in industrial equipment sales is highly preferred
  • A proven track record in sales and business development

This position requires frequent travel within the region to engage with key clients and partners. The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum.
