Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive sales and expand business development across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell company brands, products, and services in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs and finalize designs.
  • Collaborate with Service Operations to provide customer support.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers and EPCs, focusing on long-term business growth.
Requirements
  • An Engineering Degree (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 15 years in a commercial role within the African Mining sector.
  • Experience in industrial equipment sales is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Power BI.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
