Job Summary

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting engaging sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a sales executive or account management role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our cutting-edge offerings.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
