Regional Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, implementing divisional sales and marketing strategies, and establishing a foundation for future sales growth. They will also be responsible for directing the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around R 1 million per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the job. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professional sales representatives to achieve regional and divisional targets.
- Implementation of division sales and marketing strategies
- Establish an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
- Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification (Medical related qualification will be an advantage)
- Proficient in Excel, Word & Power Point and data analysis.
- Previous Sales Management as well as Hospital / Specialist experience will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative in Specialist and GP markets.
