Regional Sales Director

Job Summary
Emporium Human Capital seeks a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our team of professional sales representatives servicing Specialists and General Practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving divisional targets and operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional and divisional targets
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Customers
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Disseminate market information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing, and sales operations
Requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualification (Medical related qualification will be an advantage)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Previous sales management experience of at least 3 years will be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Sales Representative in Specialist and GP markets
- Strong technical skills and product knowledge
