Role Purpose

The role of Senior Business Development Manager is critical to the growth and development of Tower Group's retail partnerships. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key retailers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and developing strategies to drive revenue.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of business growth initiatives


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong relationships with key retailers and industry partners
  • Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research
