Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales. If you have a passion for developing new business opportunities and expanding your territory, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Service existing customers by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Update customer information in line with company requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate sales reports and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client referrals.
- Ensure timely payment collections and manage credit control processes effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Knowledge of the metal industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Fluent English language skills with Afrikaans proficiency being beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum depending on experience
