Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Coach and develop sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and performance, ensuring they meet or exceed sales metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, including sales metrics and customer satisfaction, to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless alignment and maximum sales potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and goals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using sales software and technology, such as CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics, with certification in sales or leadership, such as Six Sigma or Lean, advantageous.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
