Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Director to drive our growth strategy, oversee marketing and sales, and establish an efficient customer care division. Reporting directly to the Management Board, this role will be instrumental in shaping PST.AG's strategic and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for marketing, sales, and customer support to align with company goals.

• Recruit, train, and manage teams in marketing, sales, and customer support.

• Establish best practices and efficient workflows within each department.

• Oversee department budgets to ensure effective cost management.

• Partner with the management board and other departments to drive company success.

• Develop performance evaluation and bonus systems to promote a results-driven culture.

Marketing & Sales:

• Design and implement strategies to acquire customers through online platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Establish partnerships with relevant external organizations.

• Create and execute marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

• Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels.

Support and Accounting:

• Oversee customer ticket processing to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.

• Ensure accuracy in invoicing and manage the dunning process as needed.

• Collaborate with accounting to provide relevant data and insights for business evaluations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role, especially in department development.

• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer support functions.

• Skilled in engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in financial and business management.

• Skilled in designing and refining processes for scalability.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with tools and technology used in business development.
