We're seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our service delivery efforts and drive customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing service delivery organizations, and ensuring financial success while maintaining high service standards. Your expertise in program management, leadership, and problem-solving will be essential in overseeing projects, implementing strategies for positive customer experiences, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customer experience strategies
  • Leading service delivery teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Monitoring and improving service delivery processes

Requirements include:

  • At least five years of operations and service delivery experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Matric certification and ITIL Foundation
  • Additional qualifications such as postgraduate degrees or leadership training are a plus
