We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This position involves cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with customers and franchises, identifying opportunities for our client's Software Solutions across diverse contexts, and engaging key decision-makers to drive sales.

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high-value customers and franchises to drive sales and expand market share.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to address customer needs, proposed solutions, costs, and technology.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our client's software solutions and service offerings to provide expert advice and guidance.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading training sessions and assisting franchise sales teams with product demonstrations to elevate their product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager to implement budgets and sales targets, and fostering customer relationships to prepare for purchases and encourage system upgrades.
  • Employing a consultative approach in selling software solutions, upholding professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy in all customer interactions, and engaging confidently in boardroom meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of Matric qualification and 5-10+ years of relevant experience in a senior sales role.
  • A proven track record of success in the Software Solutions industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
  • Exceptional skills in presentation, judgment, strategic planning, and organization, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, with a detail-oriented approach and strong sense of accountability.
