Job Summary

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience in the sale of QCTO/SETA Qualifications is essential, as is a general understanding of office management practices.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized, safe, and clean work environment, coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies, manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, maintain and update office records and databases, and supervise and support administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  3. Facility Management: Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and landlords, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Project Management: Plan and execute office-related projects, such as office moves, renovations, or events, track project progress, and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Experience in the sale of QCTO/SETA Qualifications is essential.
  • General office management experience.
  • Matric.
  • Clear criminal record.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and budget management.
