**Overview of the Role:** At Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Business Development Executive to join our team.
**Job Summary:
- This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to drive business growth by identifying new revenue streams, expanding existing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify and pursue key decision-makers within target accounts to promote our services and solutions.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business results.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR LOGISTICS NEEDS AND PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Utilize data and market trends to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in C&F sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**What We Offer:
