Key Account Advertising Sales Director

Job Overview
Transsion Holdings, a pioneering media bidding platform, is seeking an experienced Media Sales Manager to join its team. With over 7 years of industry experience, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local advertising landscape and be able to bring key account advertisers to the table.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with advertisers on the platform;
- Meeting sales KPI targets and exceeding annual budget consumption plans;
- Staying up-to-date with mobile internet market trends and product capabilities;
- Closing new business opportunities through effective sales processes;
- Built strong relationships with existing clients;
- Exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management or B2B Sales/Account Executive roles, preferably within the Media & Entertainment and Other Services industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong network of KA advertiser resources. They should also be familiar with local agencies and have a passion for delivering results under pressure.
