**Description**:
Position: Senior Helpdesk/ Technical Support
Company: Internet Service Provider
Location: Northern Suburbs
**Salary**: Negotiable (R23,000, negotiable upon interview)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with another Internet Service Provider
- Helpdesk support experience with clients
- Management and monitoring of network and towers
- Knowledge of OSPF, BGB, MPLS
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti and Mikrotik hardware
- Proficiency in Radius Manager software
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to manage and assist installers
- Own transport to Edgemead
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate as a team player
- Availability for overtime at least twice a week
- Normal working hours from 8 am to 5 pm
- Willingness to micro-manage junior helpdesk technicians when needed
