Cape Town, South Africa PCN IT Management (PTY) LTD Full time

You will be required to complete a general technical test pinpoint your skill level.

Minimum Requirements and Personal Attributes:
Good client liaison skills - experience working with clients face to face and telephonically.
Neat, presentable and organised - in appearance and within the work environment.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Punctual and reliable.
Hard working and willing to learn.

Must reside in Cape Town. Drivers license is essential.

Technical Requirements:
ISP Helpdesk Services
- Fibre, Wireless and ADSL troubleshooting
Knowledge of Mikrotik Router OS, Ubiquiti as well as Cisco switches an advantage.

IT Help desk support skills
- Internet trouble shooting (Min 1 year experience)
Setup of WAN routers such as ADSL routers, Fibre routers as well as the ability to troubleshoot such devices essential.
VOIP setup and troublehooting.
Setup of Wireless access points (Not limited to TP Link, D-Link, Unifi, Reyee etc.)
Linux experience is a big advantage.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
