Minimum Requirements and Personal Attributes:
Good client liaison skills - experience working with clients face to face and telephonically.
Neat, presentable and organised - in appearance and within the work environment.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Punctual and reliable.
Hard working and willing to learn.
Must reside in Cape Town.
Drivers license is essential.
Must be able to work at hights.
Whatsapp required to communicate.

Technical Requirements:
ISP Helpdesk Services - Fibre, Wireless and ADSL troubleshooting and installations
Experience in Mikrotik Router OS, Ubiquiti products
Experience in Cisco switches an advantage.
Crimping of CAT5e cabling and Splicing of fibre cables
IT Help desk support skills - Internet trouble shooting (Min 1 year experience)
Setup of WAN routers such as ADSL routers, Fibre routers as well as the ability to troubleshoot such devices essential.
Setup of Wireless access points (Not limited to Mikrotik, TP Link, D-Link, Unifi, Reyee etc.) Linux experience is a big advantage.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
