IT Helpdesk Admin Support

**Background**
Dudobi, an established UK-based managed service provider is looking to grow its local South African team. Established in 2000, the company designs, builds, and manages secure cloud-based solutions for its B2B clients in Europe and Africa.
From cloud infrastructure to VoIP, Microsoft 365, co-managed services, desktop support, cloud security, consulting, advisory and more, Dudobi delivers expertise and premium service. **Responsibilities**:
Helpdesk Triage:
- Receive incoming helpdesk calls and triage or log tickets
- Assign helpdesk tickets to the most suitable engineers
- Identify and differentiate between various types of desktop and server helpdesk requests
- Monitor and actively manage service level agreements (SLAs)
Team Support and Administration:
- Assist the Helpdesk team as needed
- Manage and maintain team mailboxes
- Handle routine administrative tasks
Internal and Client Reporting:
- Generate regular reports for internal use and clients using templates and system data
Procurement of Licensing and Hardware:
- Utilize online systems and tools to check, increase, and decrease client software licenses
- Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of all client software licenses
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and spoken English for effective business communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- 2+ years of IT helpdesk experience is preferred
- Grade 12 with a preference for Maths or IT background
- Microsoft certification or other formal IT qualification is advantageous
- Demonstrated excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
- Professional work ethic
- Experience in serving demanding international clients with high service standards
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and dedicated work ethic
