  • Key Responsibilities:_
  • General customer service support relating to the software installation, which will entail the following support:_
  • Technical support relating to the software installation_
  • Accessing business information relating to the account_
  • Updating business contacts and other information._
  • Advising customers regarding different services_
  • Certain complex queries_
  • Advice on business accounting, including HMRC regulations and compliance_
  • Ensuing customers are compliant with legislation queries._
  • Resolving and reconciling account queries such as VAT, & other legislation queries._
  • Account Reconciliations_
  • REQUIREMENTS:_
  • 2 years Technical Helpdesk experience_
Grade 12

A minimum of 12 months customer service experience in a B2B environment

Proficiency in English is an essential requirement.

Neutral accent

Credit and Criminal Clear

  • Basic book
- keeping & accounting knowledge will be advantageous_

Salary:
Up to R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
