Have you mastered the art of running a small office where you are continually multi-tasking as the right hand to the Owner, dealing with clients face to face, managing social media, general administration and invoicing?

**Requirements**:

- Matric, drivers license and own vehicle
- Clear communication in Afrikaans and English
- Basic Pastel skills advantageous
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Good telephone communication skills and etiquette
- Intermediate computer skills: ability to type, use Outlook, MS Word, basic Excel
- If you have experience having dealt with Medical Aids & Reimbursements this will be advantageous
- Familiar with Facebook & Instagram, Photo and Video Editing programs

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receiving customers and handling all incoming enquiries
- Managing appointments and diary management for staff members
- All general personal assistant duties for the owner
- Compiling quotations and follow up on receipt
- Receive and placing of orders and management of stock
- Manage follow up with medical aids and other reimburses
- Editing reports
- Administration of accounts on Pastel and pay creditors on a monthly basis
- Payroll submissions to Accountant for salaries and commissions
- Manage Social Media Platforms - Facebook and Instagram
