Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented PA/Administrative Assistant?

Our team is looking for an experienced professional to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who has worked closely with Senior Management/CEO and can provide general administrative support. Join us to assist our employees with diverse projects and grow your skills

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Answer phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Manage accounts and bookkeeping

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Manager / Admin
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Communication, Management Diploma/Degree would be considered an advantage
- Must have a car
