**Job Title**: Personal Assistant / HR Administrator

**Location**: Cape Town - In office

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Brief**: We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant / HR Administrator to support our senior managers and HR department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to senior managers, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and company policy updates.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR issues and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Participate in HR projects, such as organizing job fairs or employee engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a PA, HR Administrator, or relevant administrative role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Own car and valid licence

Pay: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
