Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/PA to join a prestigious finance firm based in Cape Town City Centre. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to split your time evenly between providing personal assistant support to a key family member and offering administrative assistance within the office environment.

**Position Overview**:
As the Administrator/PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the main family member with personal tasks and errands, as well as providing administrative assistance within the office environment. This is a dynamic position that offers a perfect balance between PA responsibilities and office administration tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the main family member, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Assist with personal errands and tasks, both professional and personal in nature.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally.
Undertake general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.

**Required Skills**:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator, preferably in a finance or corporate environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
