This includes installing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment, as well as ensuring that all departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
What We're Looking For- We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- You should have experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- You should also have knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating Systems, as well as experience with zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
