At HR Genie, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager - Business Development Expert to drive our sales growth and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expand our market share.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of success in handling key accounts and driving sales growth.
Key Skills:
- Strong business development skills and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales growth and expand market share.
