Regional Key Account Manager

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage key accounts within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, driving business growth, and improving commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and revenue
- Manage key customer relationships, including contract implementation and management
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers
- Deliver sales, profit, and customer investment targets
- Systematically analyze reports on sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends
- Monitor stock levels and advise on customer inventories
- Develop and nurture customer relationships with buyers and wholesalers
- Ensure reporting of weekly numbers to the Commercial KAM Lead
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales and Marketing
- 3 years of experience in sales and key account management
- Strategic customer management experience within an FMCG/Pharmacy/Wholesale environment
- Solid financial and business acumen
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Negotiation and influencing skills
