Job Title: Regional Key Account Manager

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans for key accounts within pharmacies/wholesalers based on market and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for key accounts to drive business growth and improve commercial execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including buyers and wholesalers.
  • Deliver sales, profit, and customer investment targets through effective negotiation and contract management.
  • Monitor stock levels and advise on customer inventories to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales and Marketing.
  • 3 years' experience in sales/key account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strategic customer management exposure within an FMCG/Pharmacy/Wholesale environment.
  • Solid financial and business acumen, with excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
