- Reporting and Administration: Submit weekly sales and ADAPT reports by the required deadlines, managing sales administration tasks, and reviewing customer accounts monthly to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Continuously build on product and industry knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and client needs, demonstrating products to clients, and ensuring deliveries are carried out to company standards.
- Strong Discipline and Time Management Skills: With a proactive approach to planning and execution.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: With a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong Communication and Persuasion Skills: With the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Business Acumen: With the ability to understand and drive key business metrics.
- Fluency in Afrikaans: Essential.
- Experience in the FMCG Sector: Advantageous.
- A Valid Driver's License: And willingness to travel as required.
- Completed Relevant Tertiary Qualification: BCom in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Retail.
- 3-5 Years of Experience: In Key Accounts management.
