Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Progressive International. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our site managers and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with employment equity legislation.
  • HR Operations: Provide support to site managers in the administration of HR policies and procedures, including employment contracts, transfers, terminations, and training-related documents.
  • Industrial Relations: Advise line managers and other stakeholders on industrial relations matters, including disciplinary, incapacity, and grievance procedures.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit employment equity reports, monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide sound advice to ensure legislative compliance.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in HR with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Good knowledge and experience of labor relations.
