HR Business Partner Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Bridge Personnel cc.
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business results by providing strategic guidance and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a focus on Employment Equity, Industrial Relations, Talent Management, HR Governance, Payroll, Policies and Procedures, and Corporate Social Initiatives.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
We offer a competitive salary of R650,000 per annum, plus benefits, to successful candidates.
Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelors Degree and experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry.
