Job Summary
The Sales Performance Catalyst is a key role at Datacentrix Ltd, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion. As a skilled sales professional, you will be accountable for managing partner onboarding, recruiting new partners, and converting non-transacting partners into actively transacting ones.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the partner onboarding process to ensure seamless integration
- Identify and recruit new partners to drive sales growth
- Convert non-transacting partners into active transactional partners
- Develop and deliver weekly activity and progress reports to stakeholders
- Drive call campaigns to activate new customers and expand existing relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to jointly manage product opportunities and drive pipeline growth
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and design effective sales approaches to bring in new customers
- Ensure that partner experience expectations are met and challenges are resolved efficiently

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front-line sales experience
- Sales certifications in applicable products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary Estimate
R340,000 - R420,000 per annum
